The property faces north, allowing you to take full advantage of the living and dining space with bi fold windows that open onto a large deck and outdoor entertainment space complete with undercover BBQ area and kitchen servery window.
Double glazed windows, wood fire and gas heating (main bedroom) provides warmth for the cooler months while overhead fans in both bedrooms and fresh evening breezes provide absolute comfort for the warmer summer months.
Relax, sleep or read a good book from the library while lying in the hammock under the shade of the trees. The kids can play in the yard or the conveniently located playground, Skate Park and nature reserve at the end of the street.
Enjoy a short stroll to the Barwon River and beaches, golf course, boutique shopping, cafes and restaurants or instead take the complimentary bikes for a ride.
