The apartment features:
A spacious bedroom, with a queen sized bed. Built in mirror wardrobes.
A gourmet kitchen with top of the range equipment and a full complement of table ware and cooking pots.
A marble bathroom.

Internet connection available, (optional extra charge). Let us know if you require internet connection; we will have it ready for you when you pick up the keys. If it is not booked before you arrive we may not be able to guarantee to supply one.

All apartments in the Elan have:
reverse cycle air/conditioning.

fully equipped kitchen and all linen and crockery.

a location within 2km of the city. Only a few minutes to the bus stop or train, and then 6 or 7 minutes to the city;
security parking for all two bedroom and some of the one bedroom apartments.
If parking is required and is not available with an apartment secure parking can be arranged at an extra charge.
A 5 to 6 minutes walk to St Vincent’s Hospital and Oxford Street.

A bond the equivalent of four weeks rent is required when the lease is signed, it is returned to the tenant after a satisfactory inspection of the apartment at the end of the tenancy.
A charge for a departure clean is mandatory.
