Be amazed at the space and craftiness of the size and utilization of space in this 2 bed 2 bath apartment. It has tasteful furnishings that make your stay both relaxing and enjoyable.

Cooking a meal in the kitchen is a task and a half since you don’t know where your concentration should be, the pots, the TV, or the awesome view. Don’t worry take-away is an option.

Lounge while watching your favourite show, or just step out on to the balcony and watch a daily soap unfold before your eyes as no 2 days are the same when watching the sun set or rise over Sydney. The views are nothing short of breathtaking!!!

The ELAN complex features:
25m heated swimming pool and a spa set in terraced tropical gardens,
A sunbathing area and lounges, a very well equipped gym,
A sauna, changing rooms and showers.
The games room has a full sized billiard table,
A table tennis room
247 security with digital video.

The ELAN apartments are rented with a 3 months or longer rental lease. A bond the equivalent of one month's rental is required which will be lodged with the Bond Board.

The bond will be refunded on a satisfactory inspection at the completion of the lease. Professional cleaning on departure is mandatory.

Internet connection, (extra charge) $120 for the first month, $60 each month thereafter. Let us know if you require internet connection; it should be booked before you arrive and we will have it ready for you when you pick up the keys.

The ELAN apartments are sought after by professional and business people both from interstate and overseas. It is so convenient for the city which is about 15 minutes walk; both the bus stop and the railway underground station are within a few minutes walk and the journey to the CBD takes about 7 minutes.

It is a favourite also with yachting people as Rushcutters Bay and the Yacht Club are only about 5 minutes walk and ideal for people working and filming at Fox Studios.

Should you need to come to St Vincent’s Hospital for health reasons or to be near a relative needing hospital care the Elan apartments are close enough to walk to the hospital in 5 minutes or less.

It is in a lively upbeat area. Only a few minutes walk to restaurants, clubs and pubs.

For serious shopping it’s about a 4km bus ride to the new international Westfield Shopping Centre Bondi Junction.

For sea or harbour swimming take a bus ride to Bondi Beach or some of the lovely beaches in the Eastern Suburbs, many have safe netted area.
