This gorgeous 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment has breathtaking views of the Harbour and Rushcutters Bay and the picturesque sight of all the yachts moored there.

The spacious lounge is stylishly furnished and decorated and has an intimate balcony to sit and have your evening glass of wine.
There is a TV with all round sound a CD/DVD player and FOXTEL is installed.
The large kitchen with lots of cupboard space has views over land to Botany Bay
The main bedroom has a king size bed and an e-suite bathroom with a shower over bath.
The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. The beds can be exchanged for 2 singles if required.
Both bedrooms have built-in mirror wardrobes with plenty of hanging space and both bedrooms have a balcony.
The main bathroom has a shower cubicle.
Parking space for one car. An extra parking space may be arranged if required.

A 3G modem is supplied for internet connection at an extra charge of $120 for the first month and $75 each for subsequent month. Electricity is not included in the price.
All apartments in the Elan have:
• reverse cycle air/conditioning.
• internal laundries with washer and drier.
• fully equipped kitchen and all linen and crockery.

• a 5 to 6 minutes walk to St Vincent’s Hospital and Oxford Street.

A bond of 4 week rent is required but this is refunded at the end of the stay subject to a satisfactory inspection of the apartment. There is a charge for a professional departure There is a booking fee of $11.
