This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom top floor unit with 2 car spaces makes for the perfect family beach holiday right on Rickman Parade! There are panoramic ocean views looking across to Moreton Island and beyond from the lounge, kitchen and large balcony. There is a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and microwave, and in the lounge a large LCD TV, and DVD player are supplied. A small LCD TV is provided in the main bedroom and each bedroom has a ceiling fan.
This unit is beautifully furnished and is fully security screened. Full laundry facilities and undercover security tandem car parking for two cars or car and boat is provided. You can walk straight across the road onto the beautiful surf beach and a 5 minute walk will take you to the local shops and surf club. Linen provided.
