This 2 storey 4 bedroom beach house has everything!! It is ideal for a large family or a holiday where the extended family can come too. The ground floor consists of a chefs style kitchen with double size oven and stove top and dishwasher. The air conditioned sunken lounge room boasts two comfortable couches, a big flat screen TV and DVD player. The dining room is combined and opens out onto a breezy, beachy outdoor entertaining area that includes a large outdoor setting, BBQ and sparkling inground pool.
The master bedroom has air conditioning and is located on the ground floor. The childrens room (or bunk room)is also located on this level with a bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs are the remaining 2 bedrooms, a second bathroom and TV area for the kids. There is secure car accommodation for 2 cars or you could even bring the boat!
Located in quiet North Woorim this house really is one of the best and you can bring your small well behaved dog too! A few minutes walk will have you at the surf beach, a little bit further and you will arrive at the dog beach north of Eighth Avenue.
Accommodates up to 12: 2 x Double Single Bunk Combos (over 6 guests charged at $50 per head).
Weekly rates: from $750 pw off peak for up to 6 persons (for more than 6 persons, $50 each additional person). A booking fee of $7.95 applies.
A $50 non-refundable pet fee applies
Linen Hire: $22.50 x Queen Set and $15 x Single Set. On request, beds can be made up prior to your arrival.
