Golden Sands Beach House is on Cape Woolamai Rd, just minutes from world famous Woolamai Surf Beach. Access to the house is from a quiet suburban street, a mere 600m stroll from beautiful safe swimming beach.
This three bedroom house has everything needed for a restful, relaxing break. Perfectly suited to families, there's 2 double bedrooms and a room with 3 singles (1 bunk, 1 single)
The large bright lounge room has a digital LCD TV with DVD player and CD Stereo. Dining table and a highchair if necessary, or eat outside on the private front deck... a quiet spot to spend an afternoon with lovely garden views.
Fully equipped kitchen along with a gas BBQ. Reverse Cycle Heating and Cooling with ceiling fan.
Washing machine and full sized bath.
Fantastic location, 10kms to Grand Prix Track, 13km from Cowes, Short walk on quiet streets to takeaway food shops, restaurant, cafe and licensed supermarket.
Linen is not supplied.
Most weekends check out can be late Sunday afternoon (subject to availability) Please be aware that there is a refundable bond required when booking this property.
