This limestone cottage is located in Attfield Street just off Wray Avenue, a short walk to the restaurants of the Cappuccino strip on South Terrace. The renovation was designed by Fremantle Architect Brian Klopper. The location is fantastic, offering all the excitement of Fremantle activities balanced with the seclusion of a quiet, neighbourly street.

The cottage has one good size bedroom, a modern bathroom and a comfortable sitting room with TV and DVD. The living room has a double convert-a-sofa for the comfort of an extra one or two people.

So much more than just an apartment, this cottage offers a choice of indoor and outdoor living with a private, café style paved area through double glass doors off the eating area. Windows fill the cottage with wonderful light.

There are grassed, sunny areas with an outdoor setting.

The sitting room has a gas fire and the kitchen and eating area has full reverse cycle (cool/heat) air conditioning.

Art on Attfield features selected art works of highly regarded West Australian artists. Many of the works exhibited are available for immediate acquisition, should you fall in love with a painting or sculpture during your stay.
Art on Attfield provides a complete packing, insurance and logistical service to ensure the safe delivery of purchased works.

There is off street parking for one car adjacent to the cottage.
