Situated 240kms south of Perth, a comfortable scenic 2 1/2 hrs drive will find you in the beautiful country side of the Blackwood River Valley. Here you can enjoy being close to nature with an abundance of birds and wildlife in one of the highest accommodation locations in the South West.
Our rural property overlooks the magical village of Balingup, the famous Old Cheese Factory and the valley of fruit orchards with their changing seasonal colours.
Five fully self contained cottages
All our cosy timber cottages are fully self-contained with TV, DVD with a selection of moves, CD player, microwave, fridge, gas top cooking, BBQ, crackling wood fires, electric blankets, freshly laundered linen and guest towels, together with complimentary tea, coffee and natural personal care products from local supplier Maclyn Grove.

Imaginative open plan style with central wood fire. A magnificent panoramic outlook can be enjoyed from your queen size bed or spacious balcony - a real favourite. Blythe Cottage has one Queen size bedroom in open plan style.
~ Hepton Hill Cottage ~ the family cottage.
Ideal for families & walkers, this cosy cottage has 2 bedrooms (one queen & single bed, one twin share) & sleeps up to 5 persons. A spacious balcony has spectacular views over the valley towards Nannup. Please note that due to its location on the hill there is no TV reception at Hepton Hill.
~ Kimba's and Misty View Cottages ~ perfect for couples
Perfect for couples looking to relax. Elevated and spacious balconies with spectacular views over Balingup. Both cottages are cosy and comfortable and sleep 2 people in a Queen sized bedroom. Additional people can be accommodated on fold out beds - please contact us for details.
