This garden oasis, with its magnificent shady peppercorn tree is located in a quiet part of Cowes. It is only 3km from the town centre yet only a few hundred metres from some of Phillip Islands best beaches at Red Rocks and even closer to the famous Aussie Ranch Par 3 Golf Course. Several magnificent beaches here provide excellent safety for family swimming as well as BBQ facilities and conveniences.

You are only 3 minutes drive away from a host of restaurants and amusements in one of the most appealing and convenient holiday shopping villages imaginable. If golf is your passion then walk to the Aussie Golf Ranch or drive for a few minutes to the nearby Phillip Island Golf course. Not much further are the Nobbies, the excellent surf beach, Penguin Parade and Moto Grand Prix circuit.

This house sleeps 4 with 2 quality queen beds (guests only bring linen & towels), fans in each bedroom and features polished wooden floors throughout. Along with quality furniture it has as new appliances, dedicated drinks fridge, new HD LCD TV plus a DVD player, an outdoor 4 burner Wok/BBQ, and several outdoor areas to conduct the evening "Happy Hour" drinks & nibbles. The house is very modern and comfortable with reverse cycle air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen and laundry.

The property enjoys a fully developed garden, pebbled drive and is also fully paved and decked. As there is no lawn, there is no area for tents to be erected on the property. It is securely fenced with front gates and therefore offers security for young children. Due to the condition and garden nature of the property please note that pets are not permitted.
