Built in 1895, Aronui is a superb example of Australian Victorian architecture, with high ceilings, ornate plasterwork, leadlight windows & marble fireplaces. The house is surrounded by lush rain forest gardens, & has a salt water solar heated swimming pool, barbeque area on covered deck & delightful Koi pond. Located in inner-west Annandale, Aronui is close to good public transport to the City Centre & Darling Harbour by bus or light rail & a short stroll to Sydney University ,RPA Hospital & Italian forum. Historical walking tours available, also picnic baskets & evening meals by request. Open log fire in separate formal lounge room.

a charming house with equally charming hospitality and the breakfasts were amazing. the owner was very helpful with information about sydney and would highly recommend this property to families, couples or groups of friends wanting to stay away from the hustle and bustle. it was only a 10 minute bus trip into the heart of the sydney cbd.
