This striking barn style residence sits on 2 groomed acres just minutes drive from the rolling hills of the Hunter Valley Vineyards and the Cessnock CBD.

The impression upon entry is nothing less than jaw-dropping. Ideal for small to medium groups, perfect for celebrations. The large living/dining area is seperated from the kitchen only by the impressive open fire place that looms large and extends beyond the cathedral ceilings.

From the aged, hand-hewn timbers lining the wall to the ceiling lining boards sourced from the original local sportsground. The impregnable oregon beams from the old Grace Bros building in Newcastle to the church pews from a local wedding chapel.

Cobbys offers a unique experience to all guests and you are sure to leave with lasting memories and a longing to return.

With features that include large galley kitchen made from locally sourced, 150 year old wine barrels, reverse cycle air conditioning, 11 1/2 foot timber banquet table, bar, BBQ and outdoor entertaining, outdoor fire basket, double opening french doors opening onto decks from each bedroom located on the mezzanine level. "Your property is in an area I am not familiar with. What is there? Are there shops etc."
The property sits on the outskirts of the village of Paxton. Here you will find the local pub, general store and post office and bowling club. For supermarkets and specialty stores you will need to make the journey to Cessnock, just 10 minutes drive away.

FAQ
"How soon after departure will I get my bond back?"
We do not hold your bond for longer than 7 days after your departure. Once a property inspection is completed your bond will be returned in full provided there has been no damage, theft or other breaches in our policies. These policies can be supplied on request.

"What happens if I need to cancel or alter my booking?"
A copy of our booking and cancellation policy can be requested via email. A deposit indicates that you have read and agreed to these terms.

"I have a gorgeous, well behaved dog. Can I bring her along?"
In respect of local wildlife and livestock, we do not allow animals on the property. However, we can recommend a business that will sit your pet, in the comfort of their own home at a minimal cost per day. There is also a boarding kennel within a short driving distance if necessary.

Tariffs~

WEEKEND RATES (2 nights) (Inclusive of any combination of Fri, Sat, Sun.)
~The nightly weekend rate for up to 4 guests is $340- per night (2 night minimum - see 1 night rates below).
~Extra adult guests are charged at $60- per person, per night.
~Infants under 1 are free. You must provide your own travel cot. The property is not considered child friendly and therefore we do not cater to children between the ages of 1 and 12.
~A third night stay is available at $65- per person per night (minimum of 2 guests for additional night and excluding public holidays).

MID WEEK RATES - (2 nights) (Mon-Thurs)
~The nightly midweek rate for up to 4 guests is $220- (Minimum two nights - see one night rates below).
~Extra adult guests are charged at $60- per person, per night.
~Infants under 1 are free. You must provied your own travel cot. The property is not considered child friendly and therefore we do not cater to children between the ages of 1 and 12.

ALTHOUGH WE PREFER A 2 NIGHT MINIMUM, ONE NIGHT ONLY BOOKINGS WILL BE CONSIDERED IF -
Weekends
~The one night weekend rate is $600- for up to 4 guests.
~Additional guests are charged at $60- per person.
~Infants under 1 are free. You must supply your own travel cot. The property is not considered child friendly and therefore we do not cater to children between the ages of 1 and 12.

Midweek
~The one night midweek rate is $450- which covers up to 4 guests.
~Extra adult guests are charged at $50- per person.
~Infants under 1 are free. You must supply your own travel cot. The property is not considered child friendly and therefore we do not cater to children between the ages of 1 and 12.

WEEKLY RATES AND LONGER STAYS
