Beautifully renovated, the three bedroom home combines old world charm with modern day convenience with its new country-style kitchen, timber floorboards, high ornate ceilings and stained glass windows. Large, sunny living areas open onto wide verandahs, a central courtyard and lovely gardens. It is the perfect space for entertaining, alfresco meals or simply relaxing with a good book.
The property also has a separate studio with one queen size bedroom, ensuite, kitchenette and an open plan living area. It is fully fenced with grassed areas for children to play safely.
Having the luxury of both the house and the studio allows for the flexibility of either an extended family or two families to holiday comfortably together.

The property comprises the main house and a studio at the rear. It sleeps 8 comfortably.
The main house sleeps 5 and has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with an ensuite and WIR, one bedroom has twin single beds and the other a single bed. These 2 bedrooms share the main bathroom. There are two dining areas seating 6 and 4, as well as outdoor seating under the covered verandah and in the courtyard.
The rear studio sleeps 3 and is about 20 metres from the house. It has a queen size bed in the master bedroom with an ensuite and there is a single bed in the open living area. The studio ensuite also includes a small bath for children. There is a kitchenette for making tea, coffee and toast, a lounge area with a flat screen TV and small front and rear decks.
