Additional property features included are laundry with washing machine, linen, dishwasher, BBQ and secure undercover parking. Local attractions 1 minute walk to Foreshore Tavern, Big Fat Greek Restaurant, and Temuku Soul Food Cafe, and Tides of Rhyll. Across the road is a safe swimming beach, boat ramp, pier, Yacht Club, Angling Club and Park. Near by is Purple Hen Winery, Rhyll Trout and Bush Tucker Farm and Rhyll Boardwalk walking track.

Bedroom One has a queen bed with en suite.The second bedroom can be King or two King Singles. Would be ideal for one to two couples or family with two Children. We can accomodate One extra child in lounge area with a fold down bed at no extra charge.

Tarifs

CANCELLATIONS - please read!

All cancellations attract a 20% administration fee on 50% of the total booking, cancellations within 2 weeks of arrival forfeit 50% of deposit, cancellations within 7 days of arrival will forfeit 100% deposit, cancellations within 72 hours of arrival forfeit full tariff, however, if the accommodation is relet 50% of the full tariff amount will be refunded.(peak period and special events require 30 days notice for refund). If credit card security is not available at time of check-in a $500 cash bond is required.

*Superbikes - $1450 for 3-4 nights (incl linen)
*Public hols/Long weekends - 3 night minimum
*Easter - 4 nights $1100 or 5 nights $1250
*V8's - $350 per night
Moto G.P - $2800 for up to 7 nights (incl linen)
*Melb Cup - 3 nights $900 or 4 nights $1050
