Brought to you by the owner and designer of the highly sought after Coorabella, its sister property in the hinterland, the vision with the River House has been to create a completely unique residence which pays homage to nature as a spiritual experience ... a place to be inspired and recharged.

BOOKINGS.

The River House is not available on a room-by-room basis, but is booked in its entirety as a luxury hinterland holiday rental.

We have a special Winter Retreat promotion for 3 night stays -

Only $1000 per night on for Weekend stay (Thur-Sun),

A minimum 5 night stay is required during the high season.

GUEST ROOMS AND INCLUSIONS.

With four (4) guest bedrooms and five (5) bathrooms, the River House can comfortably accommodate stays for between 6-8 guests (with a maximum of 3 couples, with an additional 2 children), depending on the configuration of the group.

Guest rooms 3 and 4 are located together in their own separate wing upstairs, making them a perfect choice for parents with infants or children.

While there is a generous abundance of entertaining space and living areas for larger groups, the River House is a perfect lovers retreat for couples who crave a sanctuary from the outside world ... somewhere to exhale together, to be still, to rest.

Wake up gently ....

The Master Suite features floor to ceiling windows which frame the view of the natural billabong and surrounding rainforest.

After an afternoon swim in the cool, clean water of the natural waterhole, rinse off in the Master Suite’s private outdoor shower, which connects directly into the large ensuite bathroom.

RESTORE.

The Spa Therapy room has been designed to cocoon and pamper you completely.

Lie back and wiggle your toes in a candlelit, aromatherapy-infused bath ... take a herbal tea or glass of Pinot Noir in with you, the deep hydrotherapy tub is the perfect place to soak all your troubles away.

Gently melt away your stiffness in the chic black-tiled steam room.

Just 15-20 minutes from Byron Bay and it's famous beaches, markets and colourful local culture.

An easy 7 minute drive to the little farming town and community of Mullumbimby, the home to Milk and Honey's perfect woodfired pizza.

9-10 minutes to the picturesque little village of Bangalow, perfect for lunch and some luxe retail therapy.

The nearest domestic airport is Ballina, just 25 minutes away.

Coolangatta (Gold Coast) international airport is an easy 45 minute drive straight along the highway.
