Newly renovated 4/br house with modern kitchen and bathrooms, including an ensuite.

Large deck with clear view to surf, outdoor dining table and gas BBQ.

Lounge room, dining room and kitchen off the deck.

Spacious separate family room with TV, DVD, table tennis, foosball, books and games.

Well equipped kitchen with coffee machine and grinder, hand mixer, rice cooker, microwave, oven, dishwasher and sufficient crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils for two families.

One queen, one double, 2 singles and 1 set of bunk beds with trundle beds. Sleeps 2 families comfortably (4 adults and 5 children) or 6 adults. All bed and bath linen provided.

Internal laundry with washing machine and drying lines.

500m from beach, minutes from Caves Beach Hotel, near fishing, walks, bike rides, golf and tennis courts.
