Tastefully presented and fully equipped to ensure a thoroughly relaxing and comfortable stay on Perths Sunset Coast -surfing, swimming, kite surfing,fishing, boating, golfing etc- its all here, with a sunset every night too!
Extensive ocean views available from both bedrooms and the open plan living room and kitchen. Garage included with remote control door.
Minimum booking 5 nights
Please note we are rarely able to offer changeovers on Sundays and public holidays.
Please also note we will be unable to answer emails between 4th May and 11th May 2013 as we will not have Internet access .

What a wonderful spot! Perfectly located for families as walkable to patrolled beach and funky cafe with playground for our three and five year old. Nice, flat walk to restaurants and coffees in both directions...and just a five minute drive to the big supermarket on Eric St. Undercover parking spot is a bonus in summer!
The apartment is light and bright and very clean. Even in the 40 degree heatwave the air-conditioning and/or sea breeze were great. Quiet at night - just the sound of the waves. Book it!

The views from the property are spectacular. All you need to do is show up and enjoy! The apartment is equipped with everything from a wine decanter to beach chairs. It is an easy 8 minute walk to the main patrolled beach and cafes / restaurants. We have two young children and the lounge room is large enough to relax indoors with the air conditioning on after a day out at the beach. There are lots of places for take away too if you want to have dinner in and enjoy the beautiful view. We will definitely visit again.

What a view! We visited this apartment with our 3 young children and it worked perfectly. Lesley responded to all my queries promptly and went the extra mile to help us accommodate the kids. The apartment is so well located ... a short walk from the main Cottesloe playgrounds and cafes, yet far enough away that you feel in your own beautiful, quiet spot. The sunsets were spectacular from the lounge.

We had a wonderful stay at the Mariner. The apartment had everything necessary for comfort, the views over the beach were absolutely stunning, and the walk along Marine Parade to local cafes was a delight. Next time we're in Perth, we'll definitely be staying there again.

A wonderful place to stay with the beach right at your door. The spacious apartment was very comfortable and equipped with all the modern amenities. However wireless Internet would have made it easier for everybody . Will certainly recommend to our friends visiting Perth .

Lovely spacious, tidy, ideally located and fitted out apartment perfect for a single, couple or family beach holiday. Located right on South Cottesloe beach or just a short walk to Swanbourne or City Beach. Apartment on the 2nd floor with fabulous views of Rottnest Island and amazing sunsets. Outside shower in downstairs courtyard to wash away all the sand. Bus stop just at your doorstep. Looking forward to my next stay at The Mariner.

This is a great apartment. You can't beat the view and you couldn't get closer to the beach. The apartment is spacious and has everything you could need. The kitchen is huge and is by far the best stocked (with all the gadgets and utensils you need to cook and serve food) that I have ever seen in a self-catering apartment. Lesley is really helpful and responds promptly if you have any problems.

Top class unit with top class furniture.
Includes washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, modern oven and cooktop, beaut bathroom with hair dryer. Fans, heaters, iron and board, beach chairs, unbrellas, linen. Plenty of room and the views are incredible. You can see the most beautiful sunsets from your loungeroom windows. We sat on the beach with a bottle of champagne one night to watch the sunset and it doesn't get any better than that. Rottnest Island is directly in front of unit. Public Transport at the door. Pub along the road. IGA up the hill. It has the lot.
The owners are very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful holiday.

This is one of the Best places I have stayed whilst away for work. I was in Perth with two other colegues for 6 days and we will be back to stay most certainly each time we are in Perth. It was like home away from home. Very realxing atmosphere everything we needed and not a sterile hotel room. Thew view out of the lounge is just beautiful and to have the beach to walk along each morning and the sunset each night it was like I said one of the best places I have stayed. Absolutely loved this apartment. Had everything we needed. Very comfortable. 180' Ocean views and sunsets every night. Perfect for our 10 month old who could crawl around in the spacious open plan living area. Fantastic walks, the sea and parks on your doorstep. Would highly recommend this apartment for any new parents ready to take their first family holiday with a baby. It was truly relaxing.

We stayed a week in Mariner & will return again! Beside the fantastic view, the unit is very well equipped in every sense; we had our daughter's friends over & had a good time cooking as a family. The owner was also responsive on the SMS when we needed help.

This apartment is by far one of the best in the Cottesloe area. It is more spacious than the photographs on the website lead you to believe. It is beautifully decorated, light and spacious with a view which is just superb. It is close enough to shops/restaurants in Cott but not near enough to be annoyed by the traffic there. The facilities are first class, with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier if needed. Having two young children the 10 second hop to the beach was just what we needed. We would definitely recommend this place to everybody, and my husband who is a difficult customer to please was most impressed. We will certainly return. Thank you so much for a lovely place to spend our last week together.

The perfect place for a short ot long stay. A great unit and the best view. Not far from everything and some great cafes in Cottesloe. Would reccomend this unit to anyone wanting a nice unit on the beach. Well managed, clean and well presented. Unit is in a small block and neighbours are great.

Four of us travelled to Cottesloe to play at the Golf Club and shared the Mariner. We all thought it was in a great location, fantastic outlook and whilst not new, it was appointed with everything we wanted and it was great to be able to have laundry facilities and secure parking.

This was one of the best holidays we have had as a family. The views were stunning and the beach across the road was a great way to entertain the kids and for the whole family to enjoy. The sunset over the water was unique for us eastern staters and the apartment was comfortable, spacious and had all the modern conveniences we needed. The location was close to fantastic restaurants, pubs and convenience stores.

We really enjoyed our stay in April. A week was too short. Apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed while we were there. Views across to Rottnest Island. With a bus stops outside the door and a fantastic walking/cycling path across the road getting around was very easy. Would stay again.

What a fabulously appointed apartment! Close enough to everything but far enough away. To sit in the loungeroom, and look through the glass enclosed dining space, straight out to the ocean, in all its varying degrees of colour and weather, well, it was just too good. Attention to detail, plenty of equipment in the kitchen, books, games, water toys for the little and big kids, these touches did not go unnoticed. We will definitely be back.....

Thank you for an excellent stay. The apartment was lovely - clean, bright, and well equiped. The views from the living room out to the ocean were just lovely, and the apartment was conveniently located and easy to find. Our two children (7 and 3 yrs old) loved the view from the main window - seeing the sea, watching people walking their dogs, and being able to play easily on the beach. If we return to Perth we would definitely stay here again.
