Main bedroom has queen size bed with ensuite, 2nd bedroom queen size bed, 3rd 2 single beds plus 2 trundle beds. Main bathroom has shower bath. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans. There is a 3rd toilet in the laundry area. Large open plan lounge/dining
Smoking is only allowed outside.

Locality
Over looking the Kalang and Bellinger rivers and ocean. 2mins walk to shops, bowling and golf clubs, squash and tennis courts, fishing, walk across boardwalk to the beach (or a 5 min drive to the patroled beach), railway station (can arrange pick up if you don't wish to drive)and family friendly pub with great outdoor dining all without using your car just park and walk or just relax by the pool.

Urunga is a lovely area for a holiday with plenty to do, great walking around golf course or across the boardwalk and along the beach, Raleigh winery, Dorrigo national park, Ebor falls, Trout hatchery at Ebor, pet porpoise pool, Bellingen markets, very good fishing of the breakwall
