Upstairs the master bedroom has a kingsize bed that you won't want to leave, stylish ensuite and french doors opening on to your own private deck. The upper level also has a fully equipped state of the art kitchen complete with coffee machine. Dining and lounge area with bifold doors that open onto an extensive deck area with both a BBQ and Pizza oven ideal to just sit back relax and watch the ships sail by. Downstairs there is another three bedrooms, bathroom with fullsize bath, fully equipped laundry, kitchette and huge living room with everthing you need to keep the kids happy.
Both living areas have 54cm televisions with foxtel platium and IQ downstairs. The kids domain also features PS2 and WII consoles with a variety of games and DVDS. The garage has table tennis and plenty of sport and beach equiptment. The rear yard has yet another deck with fully landscaped yard and a hot cold outdoor shower. The house also has free wireless internet and free local phone calls. If thats not enough all linen is also supplied in the tariff.
This luxury beach house is only 400 meters from the beach and a short stroll to the main shopping and restaurant area. Just a short drive are the nearby towns of Barwon Heads and Queenscliff with its historic port and township it really is a must see. You may want to tee up at one of the nearby golf courses or just sit back at one of the local wineries, fishing walking or take a ferry ride to nearby Sorrento or Portsea. There are also plenty of things for the kids as well including the Adventure Park.
