Local Attractions
This luxury beach house is only 400 meters from the beach and a short stroll to the main shopping and restaurant area. Just a short drive are the nearby towns of Barwon Heads home of the famed Sea Change series and Queenscliff with its historic port and township it really is a must see. You may want to tee off at one of the nearby golf courses or just sit back at one of the local wineries, fishing walking or take a ferry ride to nearby Sorrento or Portsea. There are also plenty of things for the kids as well including Geelongs Adventure Park. The Ballerine Penisula is also home to Tour de France Champion Cadel Evans and is renowned for its safe bike lanes and extensive rail trails.

Lovely house which was furnished beautifully with everything we needed - linen, kitchen utensils, entertainment. The owner was friendly and helpful. Great location only a few minutes walk to the beach and a quick drive to Coles.

This house was amazing and we will be rebooking for next year if we can get in. Heaps and heaps of room for us and our 5 kids with plenty of space to chill together or separately.

My husband and I stayed at 2/157 The Parade with our extended family. The house was modern, beautiful and very clean. Views were perfect and within walking distance of shops. The house layout allowed us to have different areas for the kids and the adults to enertain themselves. Will definitely come back..

Thank you allowing us your home on the weekend. It was just beautiful! My fianc�� and I had the place to ourselves on Friday night and then a few of our closest friends joined Saturday night.

We loved everything about this property - from the magnificent decking looking out to water views, to the comfy beds with fresh and luxurious linen. With a range in ages from 60 to 5months, everyone was kept entertained and we marvelled at how relaxed everyone felt in the house all weekend. We had a wonderful weekend in March at The Parade. It was even better in person than the pictures depicted! A great location and you are left wanting for nothing. Four adults and four children with loads of space to spare. There was an abundance of games for the kids, wireless internet for the teenagers, the dads loved the Foxtel and the pizza oven made for a fun dinner. We took the boogie boards to the surf beach. We enjoyed watching the ships sail by from the balcony. Highly recommended! Thank you Julie for making our stay so easy and enjoyable. Best wishes from two very relaxed mums.

i have used stayz.com.au several times to book accommodation, and this house is one of the best. Huge place, beautiful decor and so many extras we never expected. Definitely lots of thought and effort put in by the owners. Planning to come back when the weather is nicer to make the most of the balcony area and the beach toys that were supplied. :)

This house is superb! Spotlessly clean, well presented, ultra modern and has all the latest mods and cons. We stayed there with my parents, brothers, sisters and children and everyone loved there stay. The pizza oven, coffee machine, foxtel and gas log heater all added to the enjoyable stay we had. The house is very roomy, bright and open and the views of the water are to die for. Close walk to the main street. Very enjoyable stay! Will definatley be there again.

This place is awesome. Great views, and the location is perfect. It is close to the shops and the beach. The highlight for me is certainly the house itself. There were 10 of us and it was more than big enough to accomodate such a huge number. The house is perfectly designed to accomodate children of all ages. It had everything, from a good coffee machine, a pizza oven right down to games for the 'young adults'. Highly recommended!
