It is a 5 min stroll to village of cafes, restaurants, bakery, mini super market, bar etc. Beach and surf club are across the road from the shops. Hastings St Noosa is less than a 5 min drive or a scenic walk through the Noosa National Park.
Ground level consists of 2 bedrooms, ensuite, TV/sitting room and bathroom/laundry.
Downstairs bedroom has a QS bed and beautiful ensuite both overlooking landscaped garden and plunge pool. The 2nd bedroom has 2 King single beds.
Upstairs consists of 3rd bedroom (incl ensuite, bath & balcony) with QS bed, living and dining area, beautifully equipped kitchen and very private balcony area - an extension of indoor living area. The sea breeze makes this upstairs area a very comfortable place to be.
The outside area is landscaped incl decking around the plunge pool,undercover spa, and calming water feature.
External stairs lead from living area to the garden & plunge pool. Access to this area is also via downstairs bedroom.
All rooms have a lovely light aspect and feature lots of glass giving this property a feel of the outdoors yet maintaining privacy.
