Fantastic area, so peaceful and the property is brilliant,the only trouble is finding another holiday home as good,as this was our first rental our second one does not match in any way but was the same price!
I met Garry the Owner and he is such a good guy, I am sure if anybody had a problem he would sort it out!I highly rate this stay in Jindalee 9.5 out of 10 :)

Brighton Beachside is a fantastic property in a great location. The outside area has a pool, spa, BBQ amd great entertaining area which we thoroughly enjoyed, especially in the warm evenings. The inside living areas are very spacious, so if there are a few of you staying together, there is plenty of room to have your own space! The laundry room is fully equipped with washing machine and dryer, very handy when you are travelling with children. The beach is a 10 minute walk down the road (you can see the ocean from outside the front of the property) and we watched a magnificant sunset on the beach one evening. Supermarket, medical centre, fast food and local amenities are a 2 minute drive by car from the property and a further 5 or 10 minute drive and there are other shopping centres with a wider range of shops. It is a 30-40 minute drive (depending on traffic) to Perth and surrounding areas. We would definitely stay at Brighton Beachside again, we had the best holiday!

Fantastic property, fantastic location, our family of 5 had a wonderful time here, beautiful spacious house, well equipped with everything you could need and more, like a home away from home, immaculately clean which for us with a crawling baby was essential, all baby equipment (cot, highchair) immaculate, beautiful outdoor area, great pool (which our 2 boys were never out of), hot tub, which was great to use in the evenings, outdoor area spotlessly clean, close to all amenities, inc. shops, supermarket, places to eat, lovely beaches, parks, Hillarys Boat Harbour, easy access to public transport and CBD, Garry the owner is there to make sure your enjoying your stay and answer any questions/ give advice on the area and Perth in general. An all round fantastic place to stay, i would highly recommend this property and we would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 10 days and the house was great. We had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday and there was enough space for us all to unwind and not be cramped. The house was close to all amenities required. We will be back for our next holiday thanks to Garry

My husband and I stayed here with our 9 year old son. The house is lovely and Gary was very helpful...he came along on the day we checked in and made sure we knew where everything was and that we had everything we needed. He came along again later in the week to make sure we were still happy campers (which we were). If the weather was a bit warmer we would have used the pool a bit more but in the cooler weather the hot tub is great (I think my Husband and son were in it every morning!). The location was great (a short stroll to the beach or shops and pub). You can also drive over to Clarkson and get the train into Perth. The trains are very regular and it only takes about 30 mins to get in. If you go on the weekend you can get a family ticket for about $10 that allows you to travel on any of the trains or underground for that day. We had a lovely cruise up the Swan river to a winery then headed up to the botanic gardens for our evening meal. We also made a number of trips to Hillarys marina, which is lovely and only about 20mins drive. We got a ferry over to Rottnest Island for the day from here and it is well worth doing (we hired bikes from the ferry company and cycled round the Island stopping at the beaches on the way round). I would also recommend a Thai restaurant in Joondalup called Kulcha (not sure if this is correct spelling!)....the food is amazing and it is quite cheap. They also let you BYO alcohol so ends up a very cheap night!
All in all, we had a great stay at Brighton Beachside and would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay very much. The house is of a high standard with a good size pool and spa. The theatre room was a welcome relief with two familys staying under one roof. Would recommend as a quality home to stay in.

Have just got home to England from fantastic 2 week holiday at Brighton Beachside. Jindalee is a lovely area & we were a 5 minute walk to beautiful beach at top of the road. Shops & pub 5 mins in other direction.
The house itself was much bigger inside than we expected, with more than enough room for the 4 of us. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable and tastefully furnished throughout. Everything we needed was provided for, including plenty of spare pillows & coathangers!
Bed linen & towels were changed weekly & extras available if we needed them.
The pool & jacuzzi were a welcome bonus!
We would highly recommend Brighton Beachside and will hopefully stay there again in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Brighton Beachside Jindalee. The house was really lovely, and had everything we needed plus more. We were very comfortable, and the owners were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The house is beautifully furnished, and the heated pool, spa, foxtel, and two large screen TVs were a treat. We will be back.
