Description

Less than twenty steps from your door will take you to a private pontoon where you can enjoy fishing, and relaxing. This propery offers a little bit of luxury with a blend of old and new giving you the feeling of comfort and serenity. Outdoor furniture and BBQ is there for you to enjoy and wood for an outside fire can be supplied for you to savour the delight in roasting marshmallows and enjoy the evening.(Fire restrictions may apply)
A tranquil retreat away from the hustle and bustle but close to everything the Gold Coast has to offer.

INSIDE LIVING

There is a modern flat with an ensuite which is very private and features a King Size bed with all cotton linen and bedding supplied. This room has a flat screen TV and there is also a small table with two chairs supplied. These can be removed to make way for a cot or a fold out bed.
From the flat you enter into a large open living area consisting of a kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, and all modern electrical appliances. This large room has three lounges, a small dining setting, and a breakfast bar. There is a flat screen TV and DVD player with an extensive range of reading material and a selection of DVD's and CD's.
A second bedroom has two single beds wich can be converted into a double bed with all linen supplied.

A separate shared laundry is available.
This area comfortably sleeps four adults or two adults and two children but there are options for extra bedding on enquiry.
Off street parking is available.

25 minutes to Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach.

  • "We enjoyed our stay very much. It is ideally set up for pets and our greyhound loved the beach a short drive away. The accommodation is very comfortable and met our needs for a no fuss break. It was great to be able to throw a line in the creek or drop the crab pot in to try our luck (alas no luck this time). We would certainly go back with our greyhound Jeza. She was able to explore the yard and still join us inside. Thanks Nella. We had a relaxing time with the focus on doing things with the dog during this break away. A few mozzies about on dusk, but Nella has all the gear to combat those little devils. No problem at all. "

  • "The best weekend getaway ever. Affordable price, kids enjoyed their stay. They loved playing in the big yard with trampoline and the highlights of them all is..FISHING.. in the creek at just at back of the house. The kids absolutely loved the stay. Everything is provided for us to use..very convinient. We were able to go around the beaches-currumbin rockpools,currumbin beach,palmbeach and went up to mount cougal to get some fresh fruits,veggies and had homemade baked cookies/cakes for snack and able to go around the national park and look at nice sceneries.. a lot of things and stuffs to go to.. Nella and family are very warm and welcoming.. we even had oranges,passionfruits,and chooks egg to go home with coutesy of NELLA...we loved our stay.. definitely coming back again. if looking for simple and affordable yet fun stay... this place is highly recommended!!!! my daughter said its her best birthday ever.... :)"
