Walk around the one-acre lawn and manicured coastal vegetation and you will discover a pool, generous decking, a tennis court, a BBQ station and an open area for entertaining guests. Venture into the house and you will find comfortable sofas in a breezy contemporary lounge room, plus a fully equipped, low-maintenance kitchen with all the latest appliances.


And you will come to think of it as your holiday home, too. You have permission to make Place your special sanctuary for the time you are there.

Or try the best of both worlds: invite friends around for a game of tennis, a long swim and an even longer lunch on the open green lawns. The property has plenty of space for groups and families to spread out, so you never have to leave your holiday home to experience the natural charm of Portsea.


The property is not managed by a real estate agency or the owners. This is the second property we manage, and we have found there is a real demand for good customer service and an experience that delivers what has been promised.

We try to give early check in and late check out where possible.
