Pricing on the website does not cope with my one/two bedroom scenario - so if you are enquiring for use of one bedroom only, it should be fairly accurate (although it overquotes on cleaning!) but for two bedrooms, please check with me.
All Facilities and Comfort - Secure Parking - Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning - High speed Wireless Broadband - Fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher and microwave - Own laundry - Separate WC - One queen bed, one double bed, and lots of wardrobe space - 42" LCD TV for free-to-air TV or Cable TV(Foxtel), DVD player with iPod dock, music and in-house movie selection. Linen provided. And so close to everything - just a short bus ride to the ferry, North Sydney or over the majestic Harbour Bridge to the City. Or other nearby 'village' areas of Kirribilli, Crows Nest, McMahons Point, Mosman or walk to Cremorne. Neutral Bay and these areas ARE the best eating on the North Shore! Woolworths or Coles supermarkets, organic butchers, bakeries, fresh fish, Mr Gordon's delicatessen, wine cellars, hair dressers galore, flowers, books, designer shops - all this and more in our three small shopping malls. Try The Oaks pub for a tasty BBQ meal or the famous art deco Cremorne Orpheum for a night at the movies.
So much to do, so little time...
Eat your way around the world without leaving Neutral Bay, From Italian fine dining at Ezzelino's, Swiss fondue, excellent Indian meals at Mumbai Nights, Thai, Vietnamese, and Japanese galore, to cheap and cheerful Singapore style at Relish Noodle Star, and more...Try the Sushi Train at Cremorne en route to the movies at the Cremorne Orpheum. Fancy a Pizza, or Modern Australian? Or throw a steak on the barbie at The Oaks pub? Japanese? Sushi, Barbeque or traditional? Or takeaway something simple at Charlie's Charcoal Chook shop. All day breakfasts in local cafes. And after all that eating, you'll need a good walk - check out the books provided - and explore Sydney's best bushwalks or climb the Harbour Bridge. Or golf or tennis at Cammeray Golf Club just round the corner.
Markets and more...Check dates for North Sydney market and Northside produce market, the summertime Friday night Noodle market, Kirribilli Art & Design market, The Rocks market over the Bridge every weekend - and, of course, further afield, there's Paddington, Rozelle, Glebe...the list is endless. For footy or cricket fans, look up games at North Sydney Oval - also the venue for open air cinema in summer. Or see the animals at Taronga Park Zoo in Mosman - one of the world's most spectacular settings for a zoo.
Transport
Transport no problem! Buses a few steps away at the top of Watson Street or on Military Road. About 12 minutes to the City and 20 minutes to North Sydney, or cross Military Road and you're on your way to Balmoral, Manly, Taronga Park Zoo, Mosman, or the Northern Beaches. Buses are Pre-Paid only so buy a TravelTen before you go. Ferry ride? 5 minutes on the 225 bus (corner of Wycombe Road) to Hayes Street wharf and you're in Circular Quay. Harbour cruises dock at Circular Quay and Darling Harbour. Need the train? Catch the bus to Wynyard train station in the City and away you go. Or hail a taxi in Military Road.
