Had a great few days with our friends from Nelson Bay N.S.W.weather was good and good coffee and food.Did lots of walks.

Great little place, everything you need is so very close. ample amount of room for the whole family. I do agree that a ceiling fan in the bed rooms would make a world of difference on hot night but really there is not much you could fault for what was a great time for all.

Comfortable, well appointed and clean. Great location for beach walks and cycling (bikes provided). Being close to shops, beach and parks, we enjoyed the best of Victor Harbour.

Thanks Ben. We enjoyed our stay. It was great being so close to the beach and to have our little Jack Russell enjoy the holiday with us. We loved the long walks on the beach. The house was lovely, clean and tidy but it needs ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Sandi, James, Dan & Yoda.

It was pleasant weather during our stay and the house was comfortable but I could see it would get very hot if temperatures were over 30 degrees with lack of air-conditioning in the bedrooms. Several lights not working and only slept 4 inside the main house which we were not told about. We really appreciated the use of the bikes and the fact we could take our dog.

We really enjoyed our time staying at one street from the beach. Such a great location to stay. Was so glad i hardly needed to take anything with us as most things were supplied. Will definately book to stay again in the near future :)

We stayed here for a couple nights, wanting to be able to take the 2 dogs with us on a short trip- this was the perfect house for our Husky and Kelpie to roam the rather large backyard. It was close to everything being able to drive to get dinner or walk just round the corner to play on the beach. The house was neat and tidy and very homely.
Highly recommended for a pet friendly location and the correspondence and service from the owners was nothing but the best. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

The house was a perfect base for our stay, close to all the attractions and conveniences, it also had all the amenities and space we needed to relax and just hang out at the end of the day. Huge spa, comfortable bedrooms and living area, both the adults and kids had an all-round great stay. Thanks too to the owner Ben who was prompt and friendly in all our communications.

Staying at' one street back from the beach' really helped our christmas celebrations for 2011. Everything was supplied plus more. The location was really easy to get to everything and the early morning beach walks a must. A really easy going place and the owner was really good with all communications.

A very comfortable stay .. we especially appreciated the spacious living area, and of course the incredible amazing bath which MUST be experienced to be believed! The fresh fish shop and bakery in the street behind the house were also full of tasty surprises. Yes, we would gladly come again :~)

Great Family weekend away, had everything we needed to be comfortable...the kids had heaps of room to run around out the back to kick a ball, private, very close to town within walking distance... lovely walk along the beach to the towns sunday markets... brilliant location, would highly recommend this holiday house to anyone who needs a family base. Will be coming back!

a really nice house, huge backyard! awesome for backyard sport and wicked spa. really enjoyed our stay, had no problems with the booking and there was awesome communication!
