The property has been designed to provide holiday makers with privacy from each of the other sections, however family and friends can all be brought together to enjoy a BBQ and drinks in the undercover entertaining (common) area and take in the property's seemingly semi rural surrounds.
The property has direct access to Arrawarra Creek and is just a short stroll to the beach. Go for a stroll, surf the point, Kayak or have a game of backyard cricket or soccer in the reserve behind. Should your holiday weather turn grey, fear not, as the large double lock up garage opens at both ends turning into the perfect games room to play ping pong and darts until the sunshine returns.
Being located between Woolgoolga and Corindi Beach you can telephone the Seaview Tavern or the Amble Inn for their courtesy bus to collect you and bring you home after a great night of dinner and drinks with local entertainment.

The three bedroom property is fully equipped with reverse cycle air conditioning, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, linen & towels, TV set top box, DVD player and includes a library of DVD's and books to keep you entertained. It has a fantastic undercover deck that allows you to entertain comfortably outdoors and enjoy the views and summer breeze. The unique sleep out is a glass room with daybed allowing the occupant to enjoy the stars and sunrises with the privacy of tinted glass.

1 Bedroom Unit: (Sleeps 4)
Contemporary furniture and artwork create a modern ambiance in this unit. Open plan living with separate bedroom and bathroom creates the perfect living space utilising the size of the unit. Complete with a deck off the bedroom and a private undercover courtyard landscaped with a subtropical tone including the tranquillity of a water feature. The unit is self contained with Gas cooking and dishwasher in the kitchen, air conditioning - towels & linen are also supplied.

The Studio : (Sleeps 3)
The studio is only available to let for group bookings letting the three bedroom home and unit to allow extra room for the entire family to come away. The room consists of a small kitchenette with microwave and fridge, en-suite and two single beds and a single futon. Towels and linen are provided for the studio.
The studio is perfect for older children or the in-laws to have their own private space.
