Ideal for couples or families wanting a rural stay that is close to major attractions and the towns of Berrima, Mittagong and Bowral and still only an hour and a half from Sydney.
The Barn House on Eltham Farm is a fully self contained, double story accommodation facility on our property, originally built to accommodate our stables and the Barn House to accommodate extra family and friends with comfort and added privacy from the main house. Eltham is a beautiful 100 acre property with cattle, sheep, alpacas, horses, chickens, geese, guinea fowl and ducks with acres of gardens. Eltham has everything for a family or friends getaway. Linen and towels are supplied as well as a simple continental breakfast basket. A coffee machine is also supplied in the kitchen as a lovely extra.
Downstairs is a large open living area consisting of a kitchen and bar, billiards table, large dining table, lounge area with tv, full bathroom, air conditioning and a combustion log fire. A BBQ is also supplied.
Upstairs there are two very spacious bedrooms each consisting of a queen bed and 2 sets of king single bunks. One of the bedrooms also has a full ensuite. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning. There are two large balconies upstairs, on either side of the home to sit and enjoy the beautiful scenery and fresh country air.
Outside is a comfortable undercover spa which is the perfect place to watch the beautiful country sunsets.
