Palm Cottage delivers the ultimate in a holiday getaway. Set amongst the palm trees on Ness Street in Goolwa Beach, the property offers views of coastal sand dunes, a 3 minute walk to the popular surf beach and a short drive to the River Murray, golf course and the main street of Goolwa.
Main living offers open plan kitchen, living area with LCD and DVD player, combustion fire with plenty of wood (great for the winter getaways) and air conditioning for the hot summer months.
The property has an undercover outdoor entertaining area, a new bbq as well as a fully fenced rear yard and is dog friendly making it perfect for the family get away.
Bring your bikes and take the biketrack from near the house to Middleton or Port Elliot and through to Victor Harbor.
The property features three bedrooms with a queen in bedroom 1, bedroom 2 sleeps up to 4 people with a tri-bunk and a single trundle bed.
Bedroom 3 has a double bed, sofa, ipod dock and LCD television.
THERE IS ALSO BE AN ADDITIONAL SEPARATE GAMES ROOM WHICH CAN SLEEP UP TO 3 PEOPLE (SOFA BED AND FLOOR MATTRESS). Use of the room can be arranged for an additional $20 per night.
Prices are based on up to four guests and INCLUDES BEDLINEN AND TOWELS. Extra guests are $20 per person per night (all inclusive) .
*Please note that this is a non smoking property.
* Guests are very welcome to bring their pets on holiday but it is preferable that they remain outside.There is a huge back yard for them to run in and the beach just a short stroll through the sand dunes which they will love. Your dog can sleep inside at night if they have their own dog bed and they stay out of bedrooms.
* Compulsory cleaning fee of $40 for less than 4 guests and $80 for 4 or more guests will apply to all bookings.
