A little further on are found the home of Adelaide's Giant Pandas at the zoo, the Festival Centre, Casino and Convention Centre. The tram will take you past the Central Market to Glenelg or to the Entertainment Centre. My husband and I stayed here while searching for a more permanent home in Adelaide - we had just arrived from overseas (UK). The Norwood Apartment spoilt us - it is a lovely apartment, comfortable and spotless. It is in a great location - walking distance to the city (about 20 mins) and Norwood Parade (7-10 mins). The owners Patrice and Grant are a lovely couple and made us feel incredibly welcome with lots of info about Adelaide and recommendations for places to live and eat and go out. If you are coming to Adelaide, definitely stay here - so much better than the more 'corporate' apartments with loads of hidden costs. This apartment has everything you need, plus a car port and internet.

Dear Patrice and Grant,
We enjoyed our stay at the Norward Apartment. The apartment was short walking distance to CBD. Hotel and Cafes were a short walking distance only.The apartment was very roomy clean and private and I loved the little outdoor patio area off of the lounge.

Excellent value accommodation.
The apartment is light, very nicely decorated, has good amenities and a comfortable bed with good linen. Nice and quiet in the area but easy walking distance to great pubs and restaurants. Definitely comes recommended and it suited my husband and I far better than more expensive hotels or serviced apartment options. Also recommended is the funky Colonist pub just down the road!

We were absolutely delighted with the accommodation at Norwood Apartments. The apartment was in excellent condition, light and airy, very clean and furnished with tasteful comfortable modern furniture. Large sliding doors onto a sheltered and attractive courtyard from both the living room and bedroom were a pleasant feature. The bed was extremely comfortable. The appliances were good and made being self contained very easy. In spite of being close to the city, the area was surprisingly quiet with easy access to transport and getting around Adelaide.
There is an abundance of places to eat within walking distance. Patrice and Grant are excellent hosts, very welcoming, and in the background for any advice. We visit Adelaide regularly to see family and look forward to staying at Norwoord Apartments in the future.

It was a really relaxed, enjoyable, and peaceful stay. The location was fantastic for me. Grant couldn't have been more helpful. I stayed for two weeks on a study break and this location was ideal for meeting all my needs. Thoroughly recommend :0)

Grant was very helpful, when we had to accommodate an extra adult and baby at short no0tice. He supplied an additional bed and cot along with a high chair at no additional charge. When my wife suffered a medical emergancy again he bent over backwards to help. He was a great host, to ensure we were happy and comfortable and no request was to much trouble.

We had a wonderful time in Adelaide and Grant and Patrice's apartment was fabulous, everything we needed for a great stay. Very comfortable bed, all the amenities were excellent. We will definitely recommend you to friends. Grant and Patrice are exceptionally friendly but giving you all the privacy you need. They also went out of their way to provide some local knowledge for friends and family,(it was a lovely gift basket. Thank you).

Travelling frequently to Adeladie with work, I was sick and tired of hotels, so I looked at Stayz. Norwood Apartment was fantastic, close to my office, quiet for when I work nights and the hospitality of Grant and Patrice was honest and warm. Loved every minute of my stay and looking forward to staying again on my next visit to Adelaide.
