The whole top floor is ideal for only two guests as the living areas all have an ocean view and the master suite in on this level, complete with walk in wardrobe and ensuite with a spa bath. Their is also a seperate powder room for your guests. Sit on the front balcony and take in the fresh ocean air with a nice cool drink. On the ground floor there are another 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and the other with a double bed. The bathroom downstairs also has a bath and seperate toilet making it perfect for families or friends. There is also another lounge with an outdoor sitting area leading onto the fully fenced grassed lawn making this a fabulous pet friendly holiday. A double automatic lock up garage is accesable from the lane way and has a seperate laundry area, and an outside shower. This property is fantastic & Pets are more than welcome with a pet levy and respect for this special priviledge.
