Tonic for your Soul ensures you a great Tweed Coast holiday that has never been easier with LJ Hooker Kingscliff. This three bedroom 2 story home was one of the first architecturally designed home in Casuarina. It has large living areas that open up to bring the outdoors in. This is a pet friendly home that has a fantastic covered rear deck for BBQ's and entertaining. Their is a private courtyard with shade cloth to protect from the sun or let it shine on.The high ceilings give it a feeling of coolness, light and breeze. It has two spacious master bedrooms with queen size beds as well as a bathroom. Downstairs has a kids bunk room with two sets of single bunks, sofa, TV and direct access to the rear garden. Downstairs also features a separate bathroom with bath and shower and fully equipped laundry. The kitchen is the hub of the house with gas cooking facilities, opening to the large leafy courtyard area, perfect for outdoor dining with bench seating to relax. The Living Room is funky with comfortable retro furniture and TV, CD player and DVD all leading onto the sun drenched north facing rear deck and sun lounges. Double carport. After hours check in welcome. Sheets & towels not provided but hire is available. You receive access cards to the Casuarina Rec Club which has a swimming pool, tennis court and state of the art gym - all within a hop skip and a jump from your door.
