  • "Gorgeous little cottage - so cosy and comfortable, with everything we needed - and close to shops and the beach."

  • "Lovely place. Was wintery when we were there, and the gas fire made the stay lovely and cosy. Beds very comfortable. Absolutely no complaints about any part of our experience there."

  • "The cottage was great and had all amenties. We would have liked some maps of the area. We didnot have a car and this was a real problem - infomation centre along way out and we had trouble with bus time table and running times - need information left in the cottage - other wise a great relaxing place to stay"

  • "The property is a fantastic alternative to a hotel. Apart from excellent cost for the cottage it is in a great location to Mornington and the beach. "

  • "We had a great weekend in Mornington, lunch at a winery, a walk by the sea and dinner at the local Afgan restaurant. The accomidation at Lemon Tree cottage was great. We sat by the fire and watched the footy and had an old fashioned fry up for breakfast. The old world charm of the cottage made us feel comfortable and relaxed. What a great spot less than an hour from Melbourne."
