Just off meals area is sliding door out to a massive paved outdoor area fully undercover and complete with pvc awnings. This area is outlined with a dining setting, outdoor lounge suite and a gas BBQ. Not only is this facility a relaxing feature of the house, we have heated lamps for added comfort, that can be activated, with a flick of a switch. For the big kids their is a table tennis table and fully enclosed rear yard with trampoline safe for kids. Fully manicured gardens with privacy.

Double remote garage for 2 cars and off street parking for a further 2 cars (4 cars total off street).
Strictly no pets permitted.
Smoking in house not permitted.
Easy drive to Peninsula wineries, Golf Courses and Peninsula Hotsprings. Take a drive to Dromana hub were you can relax with a coffee and watch the day go by.
