Bruny Island Beachside Accommodation is located at Dennes Point, Bruny Island, south of Hobart. Here you can gaze at golden sand, gentle waves, shore birds and soft sunsets.
We are 50 metres from Dennes Point boat ramp and two minutes walk from the jetty where squid catching and dolphin watching are popular pastimes.
Our spacious sunny decks are a perfect place to relax with a book, enjoy al fresco dining or barbecue while enjoying the spectacular views.
One of the great features is being able to watch your children play on the beach from your lounge room or deck.
Simply bring your drinks and eats and surround yourself with serenity.
Thrill to crossing D'Entrecasteaux Channel by car ferry before you unwind by the beach side. Many of our beaches are connected by scenic coastal walks.
Nebraska 4 Bedroom House

Built in late 2008, our modern 4 bedroom beach house, which sleeps up to 12 people.

Two, modern spacious beachfront apartments, built in late 2008, are just right for a romantic getaway for two, a family of five, or they can be opened up for a holiday group of up to ten.

The king or queen bedroom, and the twin/triple bedroom for each apartment have modern decor, and electric blankets and lots of cozy bedding ensure a snug nights rest in the cooler months.
The apartments are built as a duplex, and can be used individually, or opened up for an extended family, or two groups who like to holiday together, but maintain their privacy, with their own facilites.
If you choose not to cook, there is a licensed bistro cafe, art gallery, and shop, just 300 metres up the road.(Closed Tues & Wed)
STAYZ STANDARD TERMS and CONDITIONS OF HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION
Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement in writing when you make your booking.
Deposit of 25%,(or 1 nights tariff, whichever is greater) non refundable is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 14 days prior to arrival. If not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it.
Cancellation by the client:- money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-booked for the entire period. If it a refund is made due to the property being re-booked, then a cancellation fee of $80 will apply.
The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to find you alternative accommodation due to unforeseen circumstances.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not notified in advance.
The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the guests responsibility during their stay.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10:30, however, we do offer early check in or late check out, depending on availability. Just phone us the night before to confirm..
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of booking and loss of bond.
A Security Deposit (Pre-authorisation of $300) may be put on hold to your credit card on the day of your arrival. This will be released within 7 days in full subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared ..etc.
Pets are allowed but specific arrangements must be made in writing when you book. We have a pet bond of $100 per stay, which is fully refundable on receipt of our cleaners reports.
Loss - the owners take no responsibility for guests personal property.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
