  • "A fabulous flashback with all the mod cons. We had a great time here in Jan hols. We took our 13 year old retriever and he became a pup again.Agreat location beautiful beaches and friendly people. Will certainly go back!!!"

  • "Just returned home from a week at this gorgeous beach house, what a treat it was! 'Life's a Beach' cottage truly felt like home, with that extra something special of stepping back in time when life wasn't quite so complicated. Although our sharpeis Boo & Zsa Zsa didn't quite take to the water as we had hoped (they live in the bush when not on holiday!), our kids adored being so close to the beach, collecting shells and riding the waves. A lovingly restored house in a most picturesque setting; one couldn't ask for more when looking for holiday accommodation. The kind of place that inspires a sea change!"

  • "Very well kitted out home, with retro fittings, furniture and crockery. Huge yard for the dog you brought along. Don't have a dog? Borrow someone else's before you come down. "

  • "It was a wonderful break at lifes a beach, 80 metres from the beach, a great house, very well equipped and the champagne for the humans and dog treats for the four legged people are a great touch. The back yard is huge complete with a basket of dogs toys. We had a great time and look forward to returning. "

  • "Just to let you know your ?fibro fantastic? exceeded our expectations. Your whole set up was extremely well thought out especially in regard to being ?dog friendly?. Cindy and Harper had a great time exploring the yard or just sitting on the patio watching the world pass by. Your fifties d?cor reminded us of our childhoods and brought back many memories. Thanks again it was just great."

  • "1950s it is! The house feels like a film set - complete with fabulous 1950s retro fittings, furniture, and super stylish paraphernalia(we especially loved the Marilyn blind in the front window). The large garden ? a real Aussie backyard ? gives the place so much space. There are numerous areas within which to read, write, put your feet up, breath in the salt air. The beach is metres away, down a short bush path; the sand is fine and the water crystal clear. We will certainly return? Kate and Brad "
