We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Balaka. We found the house to be in an absolutely fabulous position, private, secluded, relaxing, beach front, we couldn't have asked for a better spot. The house was clean and tidy and full of character, it really had a relaxing holiday atmosphere. There was tons of room for everyone and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

had a very relaxing and at times adventurous stay at balaka house with a few mates.
sweet beach with plenty of pipis! and great inlet for fishing.
plenty of wildlife to keep us occupied and only a short drive from many holiday hot spots.

The position of Balaka beach house makes it a sure winner! The enormous second storey balcony provides an ideal place to comfortably sit and enjoy views of lovely Pottsville beach in comfort and style. The house offers ample living area, situated in a quiet street away from the crowds. I would highly recommend Balaka to anyone looking for that special beach-side break.

One of the most relaxing holidays my family has ever had, with direct beach acess for the kids, and the magic crystal clear water in the inlet around the corner you couldn't ask for a better position. The house is open plan with beach views and everything you could ask for. This is our second time and we'll be back again.

Absolutely loved our stay at Balaka, the peace and quiet, the serenity even, it was like being on an island. Our own sandy track to the beach and the Life guards out the front made it safe swimming for the kids. We even caught a few fish in the estuary. The house is a classic old beach house, comfortable and clean and the big verandah overlooking the beach is perfect for our afternoon cocktails.
Cannot wait to visit again.
