Booking Conditions
1.) A 50% deposit of the total accommodation cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of the accommodation cost must be paid 28 days prior to arrival.
2.) Bookings made less than 28 days in advance must be paid in full at the time of the booking.
3.) Only 1 advertised tariff discount (Special Offer, Long Stay & Last Minute) may be used on any individual booking. Discounts do not accrue or compound for or on any tariff rates (excludes couples discount only).
4.) The couples discount (when offered) is an additional discount to be applied to all pricing shown. To be eligible for this discount the booking must be for 2 persons only sharing 1 bed. If applied to any booking the 2nd bedroom will be locked off and is not to be used by any person during the booking period. Should the 2nd bedroom be used in any way then the discount is cancelled and the person making the booking must pay back to the owners the amount of the discount given. If not paid the amount will be taken from the security bond in accordance with the security bond conditions.
5.) A refundable security bond of $400 is payable prior to check in. IF PAYMENT FOR ACCOMMODATION IS PAID BY CREDIT CARD THEN PAYMENT OF THE SECURITY BOND IS NOT REQUIRED. Credit Card secures security bond.
6.) The property owners reserve the right to refuse any booking at any time without reason.
