THE HOUSE

INCLUSIONS
The upper level features the open plan main living area. Separate modern kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave,kettle & toaster. The large balcony with fixed outdoor setting is situated off this level, with Bi-fold doors that open up the living to the large balcony. There are fantastic views from this level. Three(3) Queen size bedrooms are on this level. Two(2) x bathrooms- Master Bath has a clawfoot bath for soaking in luxury. Second bathroom is modern with shower, bath & vanity. There are two toilets and a separate outside laundry & drying area. There is also an outside dining area with BBQ off the kitchen.
The lower level features 4th Queen bedroom, separate poolside living area, outdoor Dining area, Pool & cabana. Amazing Ocean Views.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS:

Coffs Harbour abounds in activities both ocean and land based. From whale watching, fishing, (beach, rock & estuary or deep sea), sailing, scuba diving, surfing and swimming, to 4WD Tours, white water rafting, horse riding, golf, tennis. Only minutes to shopping, clubs and restaurants.
Children can enjoy- Movies at the local cinemas, see the dolphins & sea life at The Pet Porpoise Pool or indoor skiing and ice skating at the Big Banana. Learn to surf at patrolled local beaches.
