This lovely house is ideal for 2 families to maintain their independence with 2 kitchens (1 fully equipped) and 2 bathrooms. 2 x 32" flat screen TVs + DVD library.

Bedrooms:
Master - is HUGE! Has ensuite bathroom and queen bed. Plus moveable daybed (single). Plus second 32" flat screen TV with DVD player. Plus moveable clothes hanger.
Second - Queen Bed with built-in wardrobe.
Third - One double bunk with fold up single bed (so ideal for 2 or 3 people) + built-in wardrobe.
Fourth - Double sofa bed that that can be converted into additional sitting room leading onto balcony.
Kitchens:
First - Fully equipped. Large fridge, microwave, oven and grill, breakfast bar, pots, pans, cutlery, outlook onto Queensland room.
Second - Equipped with all the basics (kettle, plates etc). Small portable fridge. Grill only for cooking.
Washing machine
Bathrooms:
High quality (one with bath).
Outdoors:
Balcony leading off from 4th bedroom.
Large covered Queensland room with outdoor setting and BBQ.
Small Backyard with clothes line backing onto national park.
Lounge:
32 inch flat screen LCD. DVD/video player. DVD library (52 wide variety DVDs - adults and kids).
