Surf Gem in Aireys Inlet is a charming, single level 3 bedroom house which has an extensive front and back garden and a huge entertaining deck and outdoor heated spa with some views to Urquhart's Bluff.
Beautifully and tastefully decorated throughout with all mod cons, this retreat is the perfect family beach getaway.
The bright open plan living and dining area at Surf Gem includes a lovely fireplace, large lounge suite and modern fully equipped kitchen.
There is 1 queen size bedroom, 1 double and a further room with 2 sets of bunks.
The bathroom has a bath and shower plus separate toilet and the laundry has a washing machine.
The huge BBQ deck and outside dining area overlook a lovely large sunny and protected garden which is secure for kids and pets.
It is a short walk to the beautiful Sandy Gully Beach and a stroll away from the Aireys Inlet general store and cafés.
This is the perfect beach holiday where you can slip on your thongs and walk everywhere.
Why not try picnics on the beach, five-star dining at A La Greque (arguably the best restaurant along the Great Ocean Road) or burgers and beers in the beer garden of the Aireys Inlet Hotel.... all just a short walk from your house.
Beaches, tennis courts, kids playparks, cafes and shops are also within walking distance, as well as, of course, the iconic Aireys Inlet lighthouse.
