Just a few minutes walk to the popoular Rye shopping strip with cafes, restaurants, shops and all the amenities. Then cross the road to the Rye pier surrounded by beautiful clear bay beaches. In summer the Rye Carnival opens nightly with lots of rides and attractions.
A few minutes drive from Peninsula Hot Springs, popular golf courses and the Rye back beach.
Perfect for a family getaway with large kids bedroom equipped with kids toys and books and a large yard for kids to explore. Includes full sized cot and change table.

There is a huge yard with enough flat lawn for a game of cricket. Lots of room for kids to run around, or to just sit back in the sun and enjoy the peace and quiet. Feel free to pick the figs, plums, lemons and loquat from the fruit trees.
