The main house features two generous queen bedrooms and an updated bathroom, with a separate studio just out the back door that includes two sets of bunks for the kids along with a flat screen TV & DVD to entertain them for hours. A fully equipped laundry is also located at the back with a 2nd toilet.
Outside the house, there's plenty of parking at the front. Enjoy a quiet cuppa on the front deck in the morning while watching the sun rise. For fun summer nights, let the kids run wild in the big backyard while the adults utilize the great BBQ and while away the night on the spacious back deck.
Location and Activities
Manyana and Inyadda beaches are both close at hand, offering great surfing spots, crystal clear water to swim in and sand hills aplenty to keep the little ones occupied.
Enjoy snorkeling, bush walking, swimming, kayaking or fishing in local Berringer Lake, playing tennis at the local courts, surfing and sunbaking on the gorgeous beaches.
There is one local store / bottle shop at Bendalong which you can get great eat-in or take-away hamburgers, chips, drinks plus any last minute groceries after a hard day relaxing at the beach.
Take a day trip to relaxing seaside Sussex Inlet and quaint, charming Milton - both only 20 minutes away. Milton and Ulladulla have great cafes & restaurants to choose from or you can explore the charming boutique shops.
Manyana, a beautiful seaside escape only 35 minutes south of Nowra or an easy 2.5 hours drive from Sydney.
Conditions
1. 25% non refundable deposit of total rent amount
2. Balance is to be paid 14 days prior to check in
3. The property will be available from 2pm on day of arrival and is to be vacated by 10am on day of departure
4. Bring your own LINEN & TOWELS
5. Any damage , breakages or lost keys are to be reported immediately and will incur a fee
6. No smoking inside
7. No pets allowed
8. Number of occupants must not exceed 8 people
9. Leaving the property clean & tidy is appreciated
$500 Bond non-negotiable, refunded after property inspection
