The Penthouse has it all, location, views, space, privacy, stylish interiors it really is a perfect holiday retreat for holidaying with family and friends. Taking in the whole top floor of the complex the penthouse boasts a commanding ocean view of Main Beach and out to sea and provides a real sense of privacy.
The open plan living space features high ceilings with atrium windows .There is a fully equipped kitchen for those who like to eat in and enjoy this outstanding location. Ocean views can be enjoyed from throughout the living space through large sliding doors which open onto a large sun terrace.
One of the best features of this penthouse is the private sun deck. Take in the view and sun as you listen to the surf, or read a good book. Enjoy alfresco dining with the BBQ facility provided under a starry sky.
To the rear of the penthouse are three spacious guest bedrooms. The master has its own flat screen TV and is accompanied by an en-suite bathroom and a private deck overlooking the nature reserve. The second bedroom has a queen bed and third bedroom two single beds. Each bedroom is individually air conditioned. The main bathroom features a spa bath and the shower cubical has a window with an ocean view so you can check the surf while you shower!
The penthouse is family friendly and has a stair guard for our internal stairs for peace of mind should you be travelling with young children.
Security basement parking for your car and full laundry facilities are in the apartment
Town is only a short 300 meter stroll and right outside your door is a beautiful white sandy beach. There is a children's playground about 150m away in the park opposite Another favorite thing to do is take the lighthouse walk at sunset on this beach.
