Welcome to Brasford House & Cottage

This beautiful historic house and cottage, located in the picturesque village of Wentworth Falls in the Blue Mountains, is within walking distance to all the local enchanting walking tracks, the well known Conservation Hut café, and is just a short drive to the village shops and eateries.

The house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms one with a spa, a spacious lounge room with a combustion wood fire, perfect for curling up with a book on a chilly winter's night, formal and informal dining areas, library, eat in kitchen and laundry, covered outdoor areas for barbequeing or simply relaxing.

The master bedroom has an ensuite, a walk in robe, a sitting area with bay window set amongst the tree tops of an English style laneway.

Just another short drive will take you to the boutique shopping and well known eateries of Leura Mall and Katoomba with it's renown tourist attractions.

For those enjoying a 2 night stay or more on the first morning you will be provided with a complimentary breakfast hamper to enjoy, courtesy of Ellen, before you set out to discover and enjoy all the local attractions.

You will enjoy a unique standard of comfort and luxury, including top quality bed linen, electric blankets on all beds, central heating, picturesque gardens and all the niceties you would expect from a mountains retreat.

There is on site parking for three cars.

Brasford House is your home away from home with that extra luxury you would expect for your weekend escape or family holiday,everything is provided form a delicious complementary breakfast to quality linen and towels.
We supply plenty of firewood for your comfort at the same time the cenntral heating provides that extra cosiness to make your time with us a pleasure.

Security Deposit and Parties

To ensure we continue to attract guests who truly appreciate the luxurious experience that Brasford House has to offer we have implemented a security deposit of $500 which will be repayed within 24 hours of the end of your stay.

As for parties, we love them. More the type synonomious with Poirot (without the murder of course) and Sabrina. The parties that conjure images of Porkys or Frat Houses are not appreciated by our lovely neighbours and disturbes the serenity of our beautiful neighbourhood.
