Description

The bedrooms (2 queen), indoor bathroom, study, laundry etc are along a hallway from the main living area. Walk to the beach or one of the other many attractions and return home to an outdoor shower under the blue sky.
Attractions
This is a beachside paradise close to all that you could need - long coastal walking, running and bike riding paths, Perth's best surfing beach, pristine swimming beaches and bays, marine reserves for snorkelling and scuba diving. Trigg Beachhouse is located approximately 500 metres to the coast (5 minute walk depending on how fast you walk!!). Mettams Pool - the well known natural seawater swimming pool and the marine reserve behind the reef is the closest coastal point. An easy walk will get surfers to Trigg Beach or ride the waves on the nearby reefs. Beachside cafes/restaurants for casual coffee to fine dining are within easy walking distance. About 250 m from the house is a lovely bushland reserve for walks or runs and another larger reserve is a little further on which is great for walks or bike rides.
Close by (less than 1km) is an excellent public golf course, expansive grass ovals, kids play areas, bowling greens and tennis courts. A 5 minute drive will bring you to Hillarys Marina/Sorrento Quay - catch a ferry to idyllic Rottnest Island, or visit the amazing underwater aquarium at AQWA. If you are feeling energetic ride a bike to Fremantle on a bike path the whole way (nearby hire)!
