We stayed at this lovely town house the night before my best friend's wedding. Everything was as expected and was very impressed by every little detail. This property is in an excellent location. It is a short easy walk to the bay, where there is separate walking and cycling tracks. From here you can walk south or north.The walk to St Kilda beach is beautiful.
The local shops, cafes and restaurants are about an 8 minute walk in Ormond St.(You can catch the bus just across the road). Around the corner in Head St you can catch the 630 bus to Gardenvale train station. From there you can catch the train into the city.Both run every 15 min in peak time. You can be in the city in 30 minutes.
The apartment is very well kept with a lot of little extras.
The 3 bedrooms make it an ideal place for families or groups of friends.

Immaculately presented property with everything you need for a short or long stay. Layout of property very spacious, excellent having second bathroom with two couples staying. Linen cupboard also well stocked with beach towels and extra linen. Internal access garage also a bonus, easy access to property. Kitchen well organised with plenty of pots, pans, plates, cutlery etc. Short stroll to the beach and local cafes. We will be back, thanks!!

Lovely townhouse. Clean, spacious and well appointed. Comfy beds and having 2 bathrooms was a real plus. Great to access double garage directly from loungeroom too. Nice and close to everything we were after. We look forward to staying again. Thank you.

In addition to being ideal for short stays this property is also sufficiently furnished to comfortably suit long stays. Dog door and courtyard are ideal for small to medium dog with park and beach within 5mins.

Loved staying here. The town house has a lovely feel and everything is provided to make your stay comfortable.
It is well located for the beach, cycling and having the park next door for the dogs was fantastic. Owners were extremely obliging and responded to requests immediately.

Beautiful place, tastefully decorated, abundant natural light, perfect location with a great combination of privacy and access to cafes, night life, beaches, parks, theres even a golf course around the corner. Elwood rocks , don't think twice, book the place before I do again!!!

We have stayed at Brighton-Elwood townhouse for an extended period during our house renovation. We have found the property to be clean, well presented and well equipped for cooking/linen etc. The location is great with the bus outside the door and the beach across the road. The park next door and the courtyard for our little dog has been ideal for an extended stay. The park next door was a bonus. The owners were helpful, flexible and easy to deal with. We would highly recommend it.
