Eastern Pines offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms with accommodation for up to seven people. There are separate formal and informal living & dining areas with an open fireplace, outdoor entertaining areas also with an open fireplace. This house has generous rooms, bathed in light, feature classic elements such as bevelled glass doors, smart panelled walls, crisp white architraves, black-and-white tiles and views of the garden from every room. This is an elegant and comfortable home with an eclectic yet chic mix of Hamptons and French country interior design.

From the breath-taking scenery of the countryside, to the boutique stores and luxury resorts, you can find yourselves miles away from the burdens of modern living, unwinding to the sounds of silence.
When visiting the many towns and villages of the Highlands, including Bowral, Mittagong, Bundanoon and Berrima, you'll always find plenty to see and do, with a plethora of antiques and bookstores, excellent restaurants and cafes, regular weekend markets, open gardens, golf courses, rain forests and national parks, or just having a family picnic, or visiting the many cool climate vineyards, life becomes the simple pleasure it was always meant to be. For ages young and old, you'll find the Southern Highlands to be quite the charming experience.
Cancellation, Terms & Conditions
Cancellation
Part cancellation of a booking will not be accepted.
The owner may cancel at any time up to 4 weeks prior to the letting, in which case the tenant will receive a full refund. Should the tenant cancel at anytime prior to a booking then they will forfeit the entire deposit as a cancellation fee. If cancellation is made within 1 day of arrival, this will incur a 100% loss of the total booking price.
Terms and Conditions
Maintain and leave the premises in a clean, tidy and undamaged condition. Normal cleaning is included in the tariff rate, but in the case of non-compliance an additional cleaning fee may be charged at the landlords discretion.
Payment of the tariff rate is by credit card only via the Stayz Online Payment System.
A refundable Security Deposit of $750 is required.
Strictly no parties or functions are permitted.
No pets permitted.
1 night stay incurs a cleaning fee of $120
No children under 12 years of age.
No smoking is permitted.
All breakages, loss or damage is the responsibility of the tenant to pay for.
