Casaba is a magnificent newly completed three storey property less than 100m to Port Fairy's rugged but beautiful Southern Ocean. It's craftsman built with two fully appointed living areas, two sitting areas, three deck entertaining areas, and rumpus room with pool table. Casaba will provide all the comforts needed for 10 people to enjoy the ultimate holiday experience.

Ground Level Entrance area, double lock up garage, laundry, dryer, Washing machine, rumpus room with 8x4 pool table, external shower, toilet.

Second Level Spacious living area, gas log fire, fully appointed kitchen, breakfast bar with stools, fresh water at sink, sitting area, flat screen LCD, stereo, ipod dock, DVD, CD, dinning area, toilet, two bedrooms, bathroom, large deck area to front and rear with BBQ and out door setting.

Top Level Large living area, bar fridge, LCD TV, sitting area, toilet/powder room, 1xQueen bed, 1xQueen bed, ensuite/Wr, SPA, deck with table and chairs.
