This executive residence has all that a family, couple or business traveller could imagine. Just 5 minutes walk to Coles and shopping. Only 25 minutes to Katoomba and 10 minutes to Richmond and Windsor.
A very relaxing quite environment with 3 bedrooms one with ensuite and a 2nd bathroom. Queen in main bedroom, 2nd Bedroom Double, and 2 singles in other bedrooms LCD TV in main bedroom if required. Communications and computer gaming room. Living area with 55" LCD TV with WII and Play Station. Cable and Wireless ADSL available. All this at no extra cost.
Self contained kitchen, Fridge, Microwave and Dishwasher.
Airconditioning and heating all year round - log fire in winter (free wood supplied). Swimming pool with fresh water for those hot summer days. Off street parking for up to 4 cars all on security surveillance 24 hours 7 days a week.
Microwave & fridge, with coffee and tea making facility. BBQ facility available.
Outdoor undercover entertainment area.
Children have a large area to play at the rear of the residence. Bicycles are provided FREE to ride with the yard area of the residence. Fishing and camping locations and advice provided.
Personalized fishing trips, camping, bush walking and sightseeing adventures are our speciality.
Specialised Activity: Fishing gear available for Bass, Perch, Mullet and Carp. Advice and locations provided. Can be taken by 4x4 to locations - max 4 people. Min $200 for 2 people $300 for 4 people - Mornings 4 hours or Evenings 4 hours
Kayak hire available to use on the Nepean at Penrith or Yarramundi - fishing gear can be provided. 4 Hour Kayak hire $50 each - 8 Hours $100 each (includes safety gear - life vests).
Boat trips to Lake Lyell and Windermere on a 6.4m fishing boat fully equiped with all safety gear and experienced skipper. $200 per person per day (includes fishing gear, bait, etc)
Camping trips, personal VIP tours, 4x4 tours, personalized to suit each person or group. Cost varies.
All adventures are ECO friendly - we can get you into a World Heritage listed forest just 1hours from Sydney.
Want to come for the day only - we can arrange pickup and drop off. Cost varies.
FREE Information and advice available to all for Blue Mountains, Nepean and Hawkesbury Tourist attractions.
