This superbly furnished home is situated on the unique foreshore position overlooking Smiths Beach with uninterrupted 180 degree views of the surf from Cape Woolami to Pyramid Rock. This house has the "WOW" factor with world class views. A short stroll down the track gives you direct access to the pristine surf beach which is suitable for children or the serious surfer. With 3 large bedrooms the house sleeps 8 - 10 people with 2 queen, 1 double, 2 singles & a double sofa bed. Fold up singles available.
The 2 living areas each with TV, VHS, DVD and CD player offers an entertainment area for the kids and one for the adults.

There is a large, fully equipped modern kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one with bath), laundry with washing machine & dryer. Air-conditioning upstairs & downstairs 2 outdoor decks, BBQ & outdoor setting.
The grounds provide ample room for cars & a boat.

The house at this magnificent position, is ideal for the family holiday, group booking, romantic getaway or honeymoon. Relax & unwind watching the magnificent views from almost every room or outside on the decking.
Watch the kids surf from the front balcony, magnificent sunrises & sunsets.
Listen to the waves in bed. Stroll to the beach for a swim, surf, fish or explore the rock pools. Drive to Cowes in 5 minutes to enjoy the shopping, restaurants, coffee shops & clubs.

Smiths Beach is close to the Grand Prix circuit, Penguin Parade, Nobbies, Winery, Golf Club, Cape Woolami surf beach, Wild life parks, Koala park, boat launches & all the other attractions the Island has to offer.

The house is very family friendly & available for weekends or weekly all year round. Children are most welcome.
